Biz2Credit Partners with Payment Provider

One of America’s largest full-service merchant service providers, Fortis Payment Systems, has partnered with Biz2Credit.

This partnership will allow companies that use Fortis’ services to gain access to Biz2Credit’s small business lending marketplace. This is a great opportunity as since 2007 the platform has provided more than $1.2 billion in financing to startup enterprises and small businesses.

Rohit Arora, CEO and co-founder of Biz2Credit, commented:

“We are pleased to offer Fortis’ clients access to financing through our automated application system and dynamic payment dashboard. Our platform streamlines the loan application process so that business owners don’t have to spend time going into bank branches and providing mountains of documents and paperwork."

"Fortis' clients can immediately be matched with our network of 1,300+ lenders that are willing and able to provide capital to companies that need it.”

Since the beginning of January we have seen many partnerships taking place. Last week ApplePie Capital partnered with First Associates and earlier in the month Lending Club partnered with SCORE and with the US Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Perhaps one of the biggest announced was that Lending Club is teaming up with Google. The growing number of strategic partnerships being formed is an indication of the strength of the industry. It clearly shows that other companies are supportive of the space and feel that there are many benefits to be derived from aligning themselves with the platforms.
