Before starting Zilch, Philip founded fintech companies in developing economies, including a leading fintech company in Africa. In 2022, Philip was named as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year.

Alex Marsh

Head of Klarna UK, Klarna

Alex Marsh leads UK activity for Klarna, a leading global payments and shopping service and one of the world’s most highly valued private fintechs. Before joining Klarna, Alex spent 10 years at Close Brothers, becoming Managing Director of Close Brothers Retail Finance in 2016.

Spratt joined Affirm in November 2022, having previously been the UK Country Manager and Board Director at Zip. Prior to her career in fintech, Spratt was EasyJet’s commercial director. She is also the former managing director of Guardian Media Group.
