Revolut hunting for new HQ
The UK's largest fintech may be on the move from its long-term Canary Wharf home. Will it take the neon signs though?

Fintech giant Revolut is on the hunt for a new London headquarters.
The company, which has had its global base in London’s Canary Wharf since it was founded in 2015, now employs c.6000 globally. More than 1000 of these are based in London.
It also is still hiring, bucking a wider trend of layoffs in the tech sector. This includes a push to hire c.1700 people in the next few years.
According to a report in React News, Revolut will stay in London but is looking further afield across the city including in the Soho, and West End areas and London’s financial home the City of London.
The plans have been confirmed to AltFi by a source.
Revolut moved into its current office in June 2018, complete with ‘bare piping, pizza and potted plants’, as AltFi reported at the time.
The decor also included now notorious neon-letter signs saying “NEVER SETTLE” and “GET SHIT DONE”, with the ‘SH’ dimmed out.
In some quarters the latter came to be associated with a high octane culture of performance alongside aspects of a toxic workplace culture. At the start of 2023 the company hired a ‘CultureLab’ team to address the issue.
