In episode 9 of Millennial Money Matters we look at Plum, self-styled as the "little savings butler you've been waiting for". Plum is an automated method of saving which puts user cash aside based on continuous monitoring of that user's financial situation. What's unique about Plum is that users can interact with the service via a chatbot. Rather than existing as an app, Plum exists in your Facebook messenger. In addition to helping with savings, Plum can also help users to put money to work through peer-to-peer lending platform RateSetter.
