The U.S. marketplace’s quarterly review looks at customers’ top-rated platforms.
U.S.-based LendingTree has released the top consumer rated platforms on its network for the second quarter of 2017.
The online lender marketplace includes four different categories, from mortgages to personal loans, business and auto loans. Rankings are based on the weighted average rating and total number of customer reviews. Clients rated platforms based on their rates, fees and closing costs, responsiveness, customer service and overall customer experience.
In the mortgage category, the top lender was Busey Bank. RefiJet was rated best in auto loans while RapidAdvance got the highest ratings in the business loan category. In personal loans, Avant was voted the best lender.
Other platforms that ranked well included Lending Club,OnDeck, and LenderFi.
