Benoit Vanpoperinghe and Richard Gosden have joined Zorin Finance’s senior team.
Benoit Vanpoperinghe joins Zorin Finance, the alternative property lending specialist, as Chief Operating Officer. Richard Gosden joins as Associate Director in the Credit Risk team.
The appointments follow the company’s recent announcement that the firm has closed a £36m loan, its largest deal to date.
Vanpoperinghe has over 19 years’ experience in commercial real estate finance, securitisation and capital markets. He has held positions at Barclays Bank, Morgan Stanley and Fitch Ratings.
Gosden has over 25 years’ experience within the banking industry with a focus on real estate finance. He has held positions at Barclays Bank, Bank Leumi and Israel Discount Bank.
