The firm has been growing rapidly in 2017 and scored a partnership with Revolut.

ETFmatic is running a Christmas campaign offering a three months of fee-free investing.

The one condition on the offer is that would-be investors must open an ‘investing goal’ and kick off saving for it before the end of 2017.

The platform, which is headed by Luis Rivera, is one of Europe’s fastest growing robo-advisers and this year revealed a partnership with banking disruptor Revolut to offer its wealth management services to the app’s 1 million customers.

They recently announced that its annual management fee will move from 0.5 per cent to 0.48 per cent for portfolios £25K. For portfolios above 25K, they are reducing fees from 0.30 per cent to 0.29 per cent.  Given a 12 basis points average Total Expense Ratio across portfolios, this adds up to a total cost of less than 0.60/0.45 per cent.
