As Marketing & Events Manager at AltFi, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our events while helping to advance AltFi's marketing strategy.
The position requires excellent organization, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as being able to manage resources and budgets effectively and creatively. The ideal candidate must be an experienced marketing and events professional with strong hands-on experience of planning and executing events and programs, ideally international event experience.
This role will involve travel and you will be liaising internationally with internal and external stakeholders and clients within the fintech industry.

Delivering marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and ticket sales
Working on business development through marketing to build audience for new content
Systematize and centralize our CRM process
Planning events from start to finish according to the requirements, target audience, budget and objectives
Maintaining good relationships with sponsors
Managing the delegate registration system including recording attendance, registration pages and data analysis
Updating the website with event content, speaker bios and sponsor profiles
Producing marketing content including newsletters, social media posts, brochures, presentations and other event collateral (this includes writing and reviewing the content and working with our designer and printers)
Producing event reports to measure return on investment
Manage the AltFi Awards process
3-4 years of event management and marketing experience
Project management skills
Knowledge of event marketing techniques and event ROI
Computer savvy, used to working with event technology
Good communication and negotiation skills
Interest in growing the events portfolio and content
Degree in marketing, events management or related field
Permanent, Full time role
