The fintech unicorn, until recently the most highly valued in Europe, has been on somewhat of a hiring spree in recent months as it looks to expand its business into new geographies and markets.
OakNorth Bank has hired Ben Chisell, formerly of fellow fintech disruptor Starling Bank, as director of digital product.
Chisell has been hired from Starling Bank where he worked for two years, helping in its pre-launch development including its current account and app.
A spokesperson for OakNorth said Chisell would be concentrating on working with its existing product team, specifically on the savings and deposits side of the business.
OakNorth recently revealed a tie-up with Moneybox to fund its 200k-strong user base with a Cash Lifetime ISA.
Last week, Revolut poached TSB's commercial banking director, Richard Davies, as its chief operating officer, formerly of OakNorth.
