WealthTech provider DriveWealth, which powers Revolut and Stake’s share trading services, has appointed former Galaxy Digital Chief Operating Officer Julie Coin as its President.

“We’re thrilled to bring Julie onboard,” said Robert Cortright, CEO and Founder of DriveWealth.

“Her wealth of experience in equity brokerage, technology and cryptocurrencies, and her strong track record as a change agent and strategic leader make her ideally suited for this role.”

Coin, who previously worked at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch, will be focused on refining DriveWealth’s messaging, internal processes and coordinating the firm’s business functions.

DriveWealth has boomed in interest recently after powering the low-cost trading services being offered by many digital banking players including Stake in Australia and Revolut with its 7m+ European customers.
