Yolt has completed an integration with Revolut, the 30th bank to connect via the UK’s Open Banking initiative to its app.

Revolut customers will be able to use the Yolt app to analyse all their transactions, including those made outside of the UK – as well as set budgets, monitor spending and manage their investments all within one central place.

Launched in 2017, Yolt was an early mover in Open Banking from its inception in January 2018 and was the first Third Party Provider to connect with all of the UK’s nine largest banks.

Yolt Technology Services, launched earlier this year, makes Yolt’ API available other firms and fintechs. So far it has completed 300 million API calls, making Yolt responsible for roughly 50 per cent of all API traffic in the UK to date, it says.

Leon Muis, Chief Business Officer of Yolt Technology Services said: “We strongly believe that APIs are the connection of the future."
