ComplyAvantage, which recently raised $50m, has promoted Vatsa Narasimha, to its board of directors and made a number of other new senior hires.
ComplyAdvantage is expanding its executive leadership and board of directors with Vatsa Narasimha, its COO and CFO to the company’s board.
The London-based regtech start-up, which says it is currently seeing rapid growth, also announced the addition of Amanda Ward as Vice President of People and is also adding Elizabeth Bramlage as Chief Marketing Officer to its senior team, formerly of Amazon, American Express and Klarna.
ComplyAdvantage recently raised $50m in its series C fundraise and is pushing on with expansion plans in the US, UK and Asia-Pacific regions.
Narasimha joined ComplyAdvantage as COO and CFO in January 2020. He is responsible for leading the company’s global expansion and helped raise the new cash alongside Founder and CEO, Charles Delingpole.
“Despite headwinds due to the global spread of Covid-19, 2020 has been a strong year for ComplyAdvantage” said Delingpole.
