TrustBuddy recovered most of last week’s loss as the equity overhang from the recent acquisition of Geldvoorelkaar appeared to clear.
P2P Global Investments responded extremely well to its C share issue. The B-shares, which are of course un-diluted by the C-share issue, responded positively to the news that the follow on issue of C shares was well over-subscribed and consequently the issue size was revised up from £200m to £250m. Having made exceptional progress deploying the first round of assets into high yielding P2P assets the group will now seek to repeat the trick with this C-share issue.
After the wave of broadly positive broker support that OnDeck Capital enjoyed after the expiration of its quiet period last week things became rather harder this week. The shares fell 11.41%. In a seemingly un-related development they confirmed that their inaugural quarterly numbers will be announced after the market close on Monday, February 23. This will relate to their calendar Q4 i.e. their year end on 31st December 2014.
