Auxmoney hires ex-BNP Paribas MD to lead its just-launched investments arm
Boudewijn Dierick will run the lender’s capital markets platform in Dublin.

Consumer credit marketplace Auxmoney has recruited a new managing director for Auxmoney Investments, a new division of the company specifically aimed at attracting institutional investors.
Boudewijn Dierick joins from BNP Paribas, where he was most recently managing director of the asset-backed securities markets team in BNP’s securitised products group.
“We are excited to have Boudewijn join our team, testimony to auxmoney’s standing as leading platform amongst global investors,” said Daniel Drummer, CFO at Auxmoney.
“Boudewijn will be instrumental in further strengthening our capital markets platform and help auxmoney to establish new investment structures at scale.”
From Dublin, Dierick will lead local operations and further expand Auxmoney’s reach across international capital markets.
Auxmoney has, like many peer-to-peer lending platforms in recent years, increased its exposure to institutional funding.
Last year, the group said it would invest €500m in loans on its own platform with BNP Paribas funding.
Earlier this month Auxmoney added the former CEO of Barclaycard Germany, Carsten Höltkemeyer, as chair of its board along with several other board appointments.
