LendInvest is expanding its senior team following a number of large funding deals with banks and asset managers as it looks to scale its business and disrupt the property finance market.

The company, which went through a long-awaited IPO in July 2021, has made two new senior hires to its funds team to add further capital markets growth.

Omega Poole has joined as LendInvest’s new Head of Capital Raising and Robert Pritchard as its new Head of Fund Management.

Pool joins from law firm Mishcon de Reya where she worked within the Debt Advisory team. She has over 18 years experience as a financier, real estate corporate finance advisor and lawyer. She was previously a partner at Brown Rudnick LLP and a Director at CBRE.

Poole will be focused on leading capital raising efforts for the existing fund and new fund series.

Pritchard joins LendInvest from Urban Exposure, where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer. He was previously a director at CBRE and Vice President of Origination at Barclays. He will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of LendInvest’s fund management business.

Omega Poole, Head of Capital Raising  at LendInvest, said: “Having watched the LendInvest business carve a new niche and become a leading property finance asset manager supporting SME developers in the UK over the last decade or so, I’m absolutely delighted to have joined the funds team to help continue the development of our successful funds business.”
