Head of Marketing Analytics, Monzo

Monzo is looking for a Head of Marketing Analytics and Customer Insight to join their data discipline. As the first person to hold a dedicated leadership role in Marketing Analytics, you'll be shaping this team from the ground up. You will decide how to build and scale the team and work closely with the VP of Marketing, COO and as a member of the data leadership team

On day one, you'll develop and nurture a team of data scientists and analysts to make smart marketing investments across all of the products at Monzo. You'll work closely with the CRM team to build out more robust segmentation strategies, determine the priorities for the marketing data team and help to provide insights around some of the most critical challenges they face as they scale. Monzo’s marketing, product and data orgs are all growing significantly and you'll be at the epicentre of that growth.

You should apply if you have experience hiring and managing a team of high performing data scientists and analysts and if you have deep knowledge of marketing analytics, across brand marketing, CRM, and performance marketing, and the tools used to approach these problems (econometrics, testing). You've been in a hands-on, advanced analytics role in the past before moving into a leadership role and you can build relationships with stakeholders outside of your immediate business area.

Junior Marketing Executive, Experian

Experian is currently recruiting for a Junior Marketing Executive to join their Marketing Communications team. You will be working with a close-knit team of marketing professionals supporting Experian’s B2B organisation. This is a great opportunity to work across the marketing mix developing your skills in communication, channel management and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll be part of the marketing communications team, responsible for delivering all B2B marketing into Experian’s many markets. The communications team is part of a 50+ strong marketing function with the opportunity to work with experts in digital, design, events, and training in order to deliver programmes which drive awareness and demand using inbound and outbound channels. You can expect to be responsible for supporting all communication activities including; email creation and deployment, social media management, content management, event and webinar testing as well as the management of equipment and

merchandise/collateral. You will also manage stakeholder relationships to deliver plans and results and work in collaboration across the team to create alignment and multi-vertical campaigns.

Financial Reporting Representative, Metro Bank

As a Financial Reporting Representative, you will work with the wonderful Finance team at Metro Bank PLC and the wider business to deliver financial reporting, information, analysis and controls, to help shape strategy and make things even better for their FANS.

The role is an entry-level role and is part of the Finance team rotational apprenticeship programme, designed to build out a base of technical and other knowledge and skills to serve as a platform for a successful career in Finance. It comes with CIMA or ACCA qualification & Level 7 in Professional Accountancy, and due to this, they are looking for candidates that are Degree Level Qualified.

The ideal candidate for this role will understand the risks associated with the job and what that means for Metro Bank and all stakeholders. You will have great Excel skills and knowledge, and you will be ambitious, focused and ready to learn – this will really drive you to develop in this role. You will be able to develop amazing business relationships in a very fast-paced and demanding environment and work well as part of a team.

This role is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. This means that If you are successful in your application, they are required to carry out additional checks that will be repeated annually while you are in this role.
