Swedish fintech Juni is today launching a novel new challenger credit card to the UK, aimed at eCommerce businesses that have big media buying spends.

Juni’s card comes with 1 per cent cashback on all spending and zero per cent interest, plus flexible credit limits of up to £400,000 designed to allow media buyers to increase their marketing spends.

The Juni platform lets merchants connect the various eCommerce and online media platforms they use, like Shopify, Stripe or PayPal for a centralised view of their business.

It also includes an unlimited number of virtual cards, which a business owner can issue to various team members and track spending.

“It is our mission to give eCommerce entrepreneurs peace of mind and the tools they need to accelerate growth,” said Juni CEO and co-founder Samir El-Sabini.

“The Juni credit card does exactly that; unlocking revenue growth by funding large ad campaigns to reach bigger audiences and boost [Return On Advertising Spend].”

Juni has been in beta since January and closed a $21.5m Series A funding round last July, led by DST Global and Felix Capital.

“Launching the Juni credit card is a big milestone for us and we’re thrilled to bring this product to our UK customers from today.”
