The startup also said around 36,000 customers are joining the digital receipts network every month via its banking partners’ apps such as Monzo and Barclays.
More than one million customers are now using digital receipt startup Flux in the UK, the fintech, founded in 2016, says.
The startup said around 36,000 customers are joining the digital receipts network every month via its banking partners’ apps such as Monzo and Barclays.
It also revealed, on average, around 700,000 receipts are digitised every month through Flux.
Veronique Barbosa, Flux’s new CEO and co-founder, said: “More than one million customers is an incredible milestone for Flux, and we are so proud of it.
“When we set out to disrupt the payments industry by building out a brand new infrastructure to digitise receipts, we knew it would be challenging.
"We needed to connect big retailers and big banks to buy into our revolutionary proposition—but we made it happen.”
Further figures show that Flux Offers, its new reward scheme, is seeing a 12 per cent month-on-month customer growth.
Launched last year, Flux Offers combines the fintech’s expertise in card-linked data, with the addition of payments directly into a shopper’s bank account.
The launch meant that retailers using Flux can run time-specific cashback offers on specific items or combinations of items, with real-time performance tracking and payouts.
Flux has been steadily growing Flux’s userbase and adding new retailers including H&M and Papa Johns last year.
