As a Card Payments Specialist at Starling Bank you’ll be part of an expert team that deals with all things card related. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that customer’s cards work exactly as they should. You’ll be dealing directly with customers to resolve their card queries, liaising with the technical team to develop your understanding of Mastercard transaction rules, and supporting on card projects where needed.
You will continuously build and maintain an in-depth understanding of Schemes rules and guidelines to ensure full compliance at all times within these rules and guidelines. You will assist with ensuring that appropriate procedures are updated on a periodic basis and reflect regulatory and scheme changes, while developing process maps and carrying out processes pertaining to card operations, including: transaction rejects, merchant queries, invoices, scheme and card reporting, card settlement. The successful candidate will become a senior member of Klarna’s growing and dynamic central tax function, ideally based in London or Stockholm, but other locations will be considered. You will be responsible for delivering international corporate tax advice across the Klarna group, on a wide range of issues, while being the guardian of the group’s TP model, from reviewing the regular calculations which lead to the raising of TP invoices through to reviewing and updating the group’s methodology to keep pace with the business, and advising on emerging risks and opportunities. You will support your finance colleagues (who often lead on local tax compliance and interaction with tax authorities) to resolve tax authority audits or statutory auditor reviews, particularly where they concern transfer pricing or international tax issues.

Moneybox is looking for a talented Junior Product Designer to join their team and help shape the vision of a Home-Buying experience. The successful candidate will be embedded within a cross functional mission team, focused on Home-Buying products and services. Moneybox has already helped hundreds of thousands of people save for their first home with a Lifetime ISA account. So far, they’ve helped customers buy over £100m worth of property through LISAs, and therefore launching the Moneybox Mortgage Service to help people on the next step in their Home-Buying journey is a natural extension of the overall mission.
The Moneybox Mortgage Service helps customers whether they’re buying their first home, next home or remortgaging. The team of mortgage advisers will help customers with their mortgage application from start to finish all within the Moneybox app. The goal is to continue to develop this service to meet customer goals of finding the right mortgage for them.
You must have 1-2 years of experience, a portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and visual design of digital products and features for native apps or web. You should have an interest in technology, an eye for detail and a desire to learn on the go and think on your feet. Having illustration skills is desirable but not essential.
