Need a new challenge? Billionaire Nik Storonsky is after a CEO to manage his VC fund
The decacorn founder is looking for someone to lead his new VC, Quantum Light.

Revolut CEO and co-founder Nik Storonsky is on the hunt for someone to lead his next endeavour, an artificial intelligence-powered venture fund.
The billionaire shared last week that he was launching the new company, Quantum Light Capital, which is currently in stealth mode.
It describes itself as “the investment firm built as a technology company by a team of tech unicorn founders, quant traders, AI scientists and engineers”.
Alongside other investors, Storonsky is driving around $200m into the business, according to Forbes, with the aim of competing with “legacy” capital investors.
Elizabeth Morozova, people and operations at Quantum Light, posted on LinkedIn to share the news that the company is now looking for a CEO.
“We are searching for the CEO and referrals are very welcome!” she wrote.
“P.S. We are not reviewing applications. Feel free to WhatsApp/email me or any of the team member you know to recommend us the person you can vouch for :)”
“This post is for people in personal network only,” she added.
The job application says that the CEO will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s product, technology, fundraising, investments and operations.
Among the role requirements are more than four years of expertise as a co-founder of a tech company, having reached Series A or exited at or before then, a track record of raising significant funding from VC (seed/Series A) and proof of significant business traction.
It also specifies that Quantum Light is interested in candidates with an ex-consulting/investment banking background and previous or current experience as an investment professional in a PE/VC firm.
The company is also hiring an investment fund paralegal, a data engineer, senior data engineer/head of data platform and a senior investment associate/principal.
