Jim Wadsworth is a highly respected senior executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the payments industry. He leads Mastercard’s work on Open Banking, and is primarily focused on driving European Open Banking business. He has previously run businesses for market leaders including NatWest, Barclaycard, and J.P. Morgan, and has led start-ups such as Simpay.

Samantha Fogerty has been Managing Director of Payl8r since 2015. Within six years, she has turned the buy now pay later firm into a multi-million-pound lending platform. In 2021, Samantha helped secure Payl8r’s first institutional funding line, which is expected to fuel their growth to become a £1bn business by 2026.

In his role as Head of Product, Martin Parzonka ensures that PensionBee is building the best online pension product in the UK. He is a self-described “detail nerd” who constantly listens to customer feedback in order to enable users to save for a happy retirement. Prior to joining PensionBee, Martin worked in marketing and portfolio management at QBE Insurance, a leading Australian insurance company.
