Global technology company Wise is bolstering its senior leadership team, bringing on Isabel Naidoo as chief people officer.

Naidoo joins the company after six years working at FIS in inclusion and talent.

At Wise she will lead the strategy for the company’s people-led efforts during a period of continued growth.

She will also help Wise pursue its goal of hiring 1000 people by the end of the year.

“I am excited to be joining an organisation with such a unique culture, which I am already seeing and experiencing,” Naidoo said.

Wise has fully autonomous teams liberated to focus on customers’ biggest problems as well as unique benefits like equal parental leave across the globe that reflect our commitment to building and retaining diverse teams.

“This is a business that is disrupting not only how quickly and easily our customers can move money, but also what it means to thrive at work.”

Naidoo has also worked at Capco, as global human capital lead, and in a number of roles at Accenture, including human capital and diversity lead of UK and Ireland.

The continued push for expansion comes a month after Wise reported 33 per cent revenue growth in its first annual results as a publicly listed company.

Wise as a product is only as great as the people building and operating it,” Wise co-founder and CEO Kristo Käärmann said.

“I’m pleased to welcome Isabel to the team, who’s joined to help us design the best environment for our teams to hire, build, and grow, so we can move forward even faster towards our mission of money without borders.”
