Cashplus appoints former HSBC and JP Morgan execs as NEDs
Cashplus say the pair have a “wealth of banking and technology expertise”, and will help improve board diversity.

Cashplus Bank has appointed a former HSBC and JP Morgan Chase executive to its board, in the role of non-executive directors.
The business challenger bank has appointed Julia Warrack and Barbara Gottardi as NEDs.
Cashplus said the pair would bring a “wealth of banking and technology expertise” while also enhancing the diversity of its board.
Gottardi is currently CEO and founder of Finbridge Global, a digital transformation firm.
Previously, she worked as chief information officer and other senior executive roles at major financial institutions including Vanguard and HSBC.
Warrack has worked at c-suite level at Vanquis Bank and as a managing director at JP Morgan Chase.
Cashplus chairman Mark Sismey-Durrant said the pair had “excellent track records and would bring valuable perspectives to the board”.
Sismey-Durrant added: “This diversity of leadership and challenge at board level will be of great benefit."
Cashplus is a relatively new to the challenger banking scene, having secured its banking licence in 2021.
It now claims to service over 150,000 UK SMEs, accounting for 7 per cent of all new companies established.
