PrimaryBid hires new head of fixed income to champion investor inclusion
Stacey Parsons joins PrimaryBid following more than 25 years at Winterflood Securities in potential push into corporate bonds and gilts
Capital markets technology platform PrimaryBid has hired Stacey Parsons as it moves to advance investor inclusion in company fundraisings.
Parsons joins following more than 25 years as head of fixed income trading at Winterflood Securities, which partnered with PrimaryBid this past January.
She joins as managing director and head of fixed income following significant time spent as a retail gilt-edged market manager.
“[Parsons] brings in-depth sector knowledge, an unrivalled track-record, and superb leadership credentials,” PrimaryBid CEO Anand Sambasivan said.
“At PrimaryBid we are committed to delivering more inclusive capital markets that work for everyone. Stacey’s appointment will be pivotal in helping us achieve this goal.”
Sambasivan said the company has leveraged new technology and partnerships to make investor inclusion “not just feasible but seamless and strategic.”
“PrimaryBid has demonstrated how an innovative platform can deliver fundamental industry change by combining smart client solutions through technology and deep industry partnerships,” Parsons said.
“I’m delighted to be joining such a fantastic team, to champion this investor inclusion and financial literacy agenda in debt capital markets.”
