Provenir appoints Carol Hamilton as new CPO

Provenir has appointed Carol Hamilton as chief product officer (CPO) to lead global product strategy and growth.

Hamilton will also work on driving innovation and expanding the product suite for the data and AI-powered risk decisioning software company.

She has been with Provenir for nearly two years, first as SVP global solutions and most recently as chief commercial officer for Provenir AI.

“Provenir has long delivered on its promise of increasing customers’ agility and responsiveness to market challenges and client needs, from supporting banks in embracing digital strategies to partnering with fintechs on their growth journey,” Hamilton said. 

“I’m looking forward to further developing our product suite and helping our customers to maintain their rank as innovative and disruptive financial services players.”

According to the company, Hamilton will bring her experience in product strategy, innovation and customer-centric design to the role, leading the next phase of growth.

Before joining Provenir she held senior leadership roles at GBS, SAS and BAE systems.
