Revolut adds former Onfido CTO to board
Dan Teodosiu also has held senior roles in big tech, at Google, Microsoft and HP Labs
Banking challenger Revolut has added Dan Teodosiu to its board of directors.
In a 30-year career, he has held roles at Google in Paris, at Microsoft in Redmond and Dublin, and at HP Labs in Palo Alto.
Teodosiu most recently was chief technology officer at identity verification platform, Onfido, overseeing the development of its new AI-powered tech stack.
“Revolut is a technological force for change across many financial mediums. With tens of millions of customers across the globe, all in less than a decade, Revolut’s growth shows no signs of slowing," Teodosiu said.
"I look forward to bringing my experience as a leader in the tech industry and as an entrepreneur to a business that has broken away from its competitors and is establishing itself as a market leader," he added.
Teodosiu also held the CTO role at ad tech company firm Criteo previously including during its initial public offering (IPO), and also founded his own tech startup that was acquired by Microsoft in 2002.
