Over 300 firms join waiting list for Revolut’s “secret sauce” HR platform
The tool has been used to grow Revolut to over 7,500 employees while reviewing 1.4m job applications annually
Since 9 December Revolut has seen over 325 companies join the waitlist for its Revolut People HR platform that it started licensing out at the end of 2023, a spokesperson told AltFi.
In December the fintech giant announced it would be turning its in-house HR system into a product for third parties to adopt in a novel move to diversify revenue streams.
Called Revolut People the software-as-a-service is a new business line for Revolut, which includes tools for managing annual leave, payroll, performance and an entire recruitment system.
Internally the tool has been used to grow Revolut to over 7,500 employees while reviewing 1.4m job applications annually.
Revolut’s director and operating partner Oleksii Mukhin wrote on LinkedIn that the software-as-a-service offering included “a unique 'secret sauce' that enhances Revolut's performance, recruitment, and HR processes.”
“Our fast-paced, achievement-driven culture and experience are bottled in the Revolut People.”
Starting at £7.99 per active employee per month, Revolut People is subject to a waitlist with select companies being granted early access.
