As Director of People at Freetrade, Amy is responsible for supporting the growth of the business so that the mission can go global. In 2021, her first full year in the business, Freetrade achieved 200% headcount growth, expanding into 3 new countries. Amy has significant experience supporting high-growth companies, driving talent acquisition, identifying learning and development needs, and enabling positive employee experiences. She joined Freetrade just over 18 months ago, having previously held senior learning and development positions at leading European human resources and executive recruitment consultancies. Prior to Freetrade, Amy worked at La Fosse Associates. They are a full service technology, digital and change recruiter that consistently featured in the Sunday Times’ “Top 40 Best Small Companies to Work for”, and this is where she also won the 2018 Global Recruiter award for Best In House Training.
