Australian-born Brad Goodall is one of London tech’s most curious, dynamic and progressive figures, with a background that has seen him support, lead and build several multimillion-pound companies. A sceptic of the status quo, Brad is breaking down the shackles of archaic corporate cultures and burdensome regulation to empower problem solvers through open data. Brad is an authority on open banking and believes its potential spans far beyond finance, positively transforming sectors as diverse as retail, health, travel and media, and catalysing the creation of new digital products and services that will underpin our everyday lives. Brad began his career in Melbourne, spending 15 years in its finance sector and taking QMV, a technology consultancy, from start-up to a multimillion dollar business. Moving to London in 2014, Brad spent time working with the teams who created Level39, Innovate Finance and ENTIQ (now Plexal) before co-founding 10x Future Technologies with ex-Barclays CEO Antony Jenkins. Brad founded new financial data start-up Banked in 2018.
