Clark has been involved in the credit industry since 2011, including in a strategy and development role for Veda Group Limited, and in the financial sector for over 15 years. He has been a corporate adviser to a range of companies in the financial and technology sectors since 2007 as executive director of boutique adviser, Ironbark Group. His expertise includes strategy development, corporate finance, restructuring and transaction execution, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and capital raising. Prior to this, Clark held a senior management role at Westpac, responsible for third party relationships and sourcing strategy, including lending and credit processes, information technology and telecommunications and data acquisition. He led a team of 80 professionals and managed relationships comprising half of Westpac Group's total expenditure. Clark was a partner at Minter Ellison until 2003, having joined as a lawyer in 1996. His practice included corporate advice in the financial, technology and media sectors, with clients including Optus, Fairfax and Westpac.
