Executive General Manager
Clive van Horen is the Executive General Manager responsible for Business Customer Solutions in Business & Private Banking at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. In this role, Clive is responsible for supporting the spectrum of business customers’ needs, including product management, analytics and customer strategy. Prior to taking on this role, Clive led the Retail Products team with responsibility for credit cards, deposits, everyday banking and unsecured lending. He joined CBA in 2010 and has also led the Home Lending, Commercial Lending and Small Business teams. Before joining the Group, Clive spent 20 years in research, consulting and banking including 10 years in various roles in Nedbank, a large bank in South Africa. Clive has a PhD in Economics and is a chartered accountant.
