David is a partner at Lewis Silkin LLP, advising founders and investors in tech companies on transactions across their lifecycle – from establishment and contracts through acquisitions, joint ventures and fundraising rounds to acquisitions, sales and IPOs. David works at every stage of the cycle, from startups and angels through to sales and IPOs, and all points in between. He has been advising companies in the blockchain space for a number of years, including on ICOs.
