Des McDaid

Des is the Managing Director at Marcus by Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Des worked at TSB Bank as director of Savings and Loans. He also served as Product Director of Savings at Paragon Bank and held a number of leadership and executive roles at ING Direct UK, where he helped to launch its UK deposit operation. Des received a BA in Financial Services, with first class honors, from Edinburgh Napier University and he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
