Francesca is the founder and CEO of Molo, a fintech start-up and the UK’s first fully digital mortgage lender. Molo was born out of her own frustration with getting a mortgage, which led to the realisation that it was the last frontier of retail banking to see digital evolution. Before Molo, Francesca spent more than 15 years in the financial industry, working across a range of sectors such as private equity, retail and commercial banking, investment banking and asset and wealth management. She also holds a PhD in Banking and Finance from the University of Rome, an MBA (Hons) from Columbia University and a Diploma from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
