Georgina started her career at Lloyds Bank managing an Accounts Payable helpdesk; this is where she first encountered process improvement, Lean Six Sigma and team management. After 16 years in 10 different teams she moved to OVO Energy, which at the time had 125 staff members and 90,000 customers. In 6 1/2 years it grew to 1.5 million customers and 1,000 staff members. Georgina joined Paymentsense in March 2020, initially focusing on creating the Dojo customer service team in Bristol and ensuring that operation could scale. Her team is the single point of contact in Operations for all change and improvement activity that will impact customers and/or operational processes.
