Guy is a corporate partner with a particular focus on private and public equity fundraising, M&A and IPOs/equity capital markets. Guy also advises on takeovers and other UK Takeover Code transactions. Guy's clients include private companies, AIM and Main Market listed companies, as well as investment banks and financial advisers in their capacity as sponsors, nomads and brokers to listed companies. Guy has extensive experience of working across a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, media and telecommunications. He is particularly active in FinTech, including digital wealth management.
