Heather Buttle is a partner in Taylor Wessing's Banking & Finance group. Heather acts for banks, insurance companies, mezzanine lenders, developers and property companies on a wide range of real estate financings including development, portfolio (both UK and cross border), hotel, investment, commercial and residential property secured loans. Heather acts for a number of alternative lenders as well as some of the more established lenders and a number of borrower clients. Heather is particularly interested in development transactions in the residential sector, student accommodation and PRS but has wide experience across asset classes and jurisdictions.
