Ilana has been working in the SaaS industry for 10+ yrs, working with organisations to help enhance their customers' experience by having the right technology in place. She now leads the Enterprise Financial Services at Zendesk ensuring companies like Wise, Starling Bank and Siemens Financial Services meet their customers' expectations.
Prior to this, she spent a number of years at Salesforce supporting both high growth and multinational companies to better understand their customers and make data driven decisions.
