James Hobson has served as OnDeck’s Chief Operating Officer since June 2012 and as Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Platform Solutions from July 2011 to June 2012. Prior to joining OnDeck, Mr. Hobson was with Iqor, Inc., a global business process outsourcing company, from November 2008 to July 2011, where he served in various executive positions, most recently as Senior Vice President, Technology Operations. Mr. Hobson holds a B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School.
