Jason started out in structured products in investment banking, then left to found and set up an entrepreneurial SME venture in food. Having been an SME, he came back into banking in SME finance working with several challenger banks on improvement, transformation and strategy. Jason now looks after long and short term strategy development, planning and innovation across Aldermore’s Business Finance division, its SME franchise. Focus on development of analytics and insights and new strategic propositions including digital banking, new products, new markets and differentiated SME customer experiences, along with strategic relationship owner of new partnerships, both commercial and technology.
