CEO
Javier Castro is the CEO of BeeDIGITAL. He has developed a broad international career of more than 30 years in the digital and telco industry.
Prior to joining BeeDIGITAL, he was the CEO of Terra, Telefonica's digital arm in Latin America. Before that, he held several positions at Telefonica Group: Global Director of Channels, General Manager of the Eastern Region in Spain, B2C General Manager for Latin America, and Director of Sales and Customer Care in Spain, among others.
He is a member of the Advisory Board of Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia and has served as a board member at ESADE Alumni, Axonix, TELYCO, and TISSAT. He is also a digital startup investor.
Javier has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering, an MBA from ESADE Business School, and an AI/Machine Learning program from Stanford University.
He speaks English, Portuguese, Catalan, and Spanish.
