Joel Rackham

Joel is intrinsically motivated by helping others, particularly when it comes to helping someone realize a dream of business ownership. Joel oversees the overall strategy, program, and execution Lendio’s channels and business development organization. Pior to Lendio, Joel served as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for MarketStar (an Omnicom company) where he managed client relationships with clients such as Google, HP, VMware and Verizon. Joel was recognized as a top up-and-coming executive and was selected as one of less than 200 leaders from over 74,000 global employees to attend Omnicom University at Babson College. In 2014 Mr. Rackham was awarded the RevGen Utah Award, which recognizes top revenue generators in the State of Utah. Joel previously oversaw the creation and implementation of retail, B2B sales, service, and training programs for Simply Mac and ultimately had oversight and responsibility for all revenue generation activities within the company. During his career with Simply Mac, the organization became the largest Apple reseller in the Nation and was nationally recognized for its revenue growth. Simply Mac has since been acquired by Game Stop, a publicly traded company.
