Having graduated with a degree in Economics from Durham University, Jonathan’s career in finance began in The City. He worked in the Quantitative Investment team at Morgan Grenfell Asset Management where he was responsible for recommending and implementing derivative strategies, with responsibility for dealing equity, index and currency futures and options. He left London in 1995 and has since founded and run several successful companies. As CEO of Catalyst, Jonathan sets the strategy and direction of the business and has been instrumental in helping shape an inclusive culture where individuals are championed and supported to succeed in delivering a first class customer service.
