Josh Queen is a product leader in the fintech industry and heads up the product management efforts at Penfold, the pension for the self-employed. A self-confessed pension geek, he’s obsessed with encouraging individuals, particularly the younger generation, to think and save towards their future. He led the first industry efforts to introduce the Lifetime ISA back in 2017 and now, with Penfold, is building a cutting-edge digital pension that leverages innovations such as PISP and AISP to unlock significant value for their users.
