Juan Carlos is Vice President of Strategy and Business Development and focuses on the strategic planning, direction and narrative of the company, as well as the foray into new business models and trends in financial services. Before joining Nubank, Juan Carlos was Vice President of Product and Innovation at Visa, where he led product development, innovation strategy and the deployment of financial technology. During his professional career, Juan Carlos has collaborated with companies such as The Boston Consulting Group, JP Morgan and General Electric. Juan Carlos has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
