Kate leads the HR function in delivering scalable people solutions that support the business and commercial strategy for the long term at Solaris. Kate drives an inclusive and positive organisational culture that makes Solaris a great place to work; ensuring all touchpoints within the employee experience are considered, continually evaluated and improved upon. Kate has a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Stellenbosch University and has been working in HR since 2003.
