Katie has been at Storm2 for just 2 years but in that time has made a significant impact to the business. Leading a team of 16 in the Engineering vertical, she consistently delivers and has seen many of her team promoted in their first 6 months of the business.
As Director of the Engineering recruitment function, Katie’s expertise lies in connecting senior Engineers, CTOs and DevOps leaders to top FinTechs across Europe and the US.
Her ability to establish positive relationships with both clients and candidates has resulted in her managing many of Storm2's top accounts. Her tenacity and hard work, especially when dealing with different time zones, are what set her apart.
