Larry Prosser

Larry has over 30 years’ experience in the Commercial Banking, Insurance and Specialised Lending Sector, and have vast experience in direct selling to SME’s – specifically providing them with tailored Financial Services, Cash Flow Management and Operational Performance Improvement. Larry served as a non-executive Director at Redwood Third Party Processing and was also a shareholder that invested in the business with founder Karl Westvig. As an Executive Director at Conduit Capital, Larry’s main role was to assist with group strategy which included growth by way of acquisition within Conduit. In addition, he was involved in growing the distribution of the wholly owned insurance company, Constantia – he was responsible for improving sales for both the broker and the direct side of the business. Larry was a founder of Datacel Pty Ltd land acted as CEO of this BPO company for 6 years. Datacel grew to be one of the largest distributors of mobile and financial services products in South Africa. By way of intrinsic and growth and strategic acquisition the company grew to employ over 1500 people and had customers that included AIG, Metlife, Alexander Forbes, Pick n Pay and Vodacom. In 2007 the business was acquired into Blue Label telecoms listing on the Johannesburg stock exchange.
