Lewis Maybey is a Lead Customer Experience Manager at Metro Bank - Lewis has played a key role, building on the bank’s extraordinary service credentials, by developing and embedding Customer Journey mapping across Metro Bank and rolling out a set of Customer Promises to support the identification, design and delivery of service enhancements.  He joined Metro Bank in 2013 and spend much of his early career in front line roles supporting customers.
