Mathias spent several years working alongside early-stage founders across Europe at The Family, a Paris-based incubator, before embarking on the mission of making equity more tangible for early employees by founding Semper.
Semper was backed by Frst, FJ Labs, Nordstar and Kima along with the founders of Datadog, Zenly, Voodoo, Qonto, Vinted, ComplyAdvantage and 50 other angel investors. Semper was recently acquired by Crowdcube, the leading equity funding platform in Europe.
